NFTs do not reside “in your address”

Summary

  • the current use of NFTs does not constitute fair notice,
  • the implementation is lacking both in transparency and competent execution, and
  • the current general understanding of what NFTs are is so depressingly low and prone to misconceptions that using them this way hinders rather than aids the legal process.
